Dominik is the originator and founder of companies belonging to the Silverhand Group. He holds a PhD in law and specializes in European labor law. He has completed legal studies in both Poland and Germany (where he earned a double master's degree), as well as postgraduate studies in the internationalization of companies at the Escuela de Organización Industrial in Seville, Spain. He participated in a six-month student exchange program in Santiago de Cali, Colombia, and worked as a lecturer in India.

For many years, Dominik has combined scientific development and teaching with building his own business in Poland and other EU countries. His companies currently employ several dozen people. He is the author of numerous scientific publications and an experienced speaker. Dominik has a solid command of eight foreign languages. His passions include sports and backpacking.

At SILVERHAND, I am a managing partner and oversee the Poznań branch. I ensure the proper employment of candidates, coordinate recruitment projects, and maintain contact with our clients. My work brings me immense joy, and every day is a new challenge for me. There is no routine. I love working with people, talking, helping, and being effective above all. I am interested in economics, particularly in the topic of cross-border employment. In my free time, I learn foreign languages and travel alone with my 20kg backpack, completely without a plan. I dream of sometimes having 48-hour days, and more seriously, I dream of skydiving.

The only effective therapy is working at SILVERHAND, which provides development opportunities, constant contact with people from different parts of the world, exposure to the cultures of other countries, and teaches tolerance, independent work, and how to handle various situations. My greatest wish is that no cure will be found for me.

On a daily basis, I recruit candidates, conduct phone interviews, and then match them with suitable job offers. This position allows me to learn about the international recruitment industry from an expert's perspective and stay up-to-date with current job market trends. What I enjoy most is that my work helps candidates improve their quality of life, develop themselves, or fulfill their dreams of experiencing a new country (e.g., Iceland). It's a sense of mission—working for and with people—that I wouldn't trade for anything else. My main interest is my family, with whom I gladly spend all my free time. Occasionally, I enjoy DIY projects and going to the gym.
